Meet The LSA People
We are based in Ellinikon, in the “heart” of The Elliinikon development project , being “locals” for almost 100 years. We feel at home undertaking real estate projects (investment/sale) in Athens Riviera, Attica, the Peloponnese & the Cycladic Islands.
Nestos Sarafoglou (Founding Partner)
Nestos is a senior C level executive who worked in Corporate & Investment Banking, Telecoms & the building materials industries for over 25 years with the Eurobank Group, Vitex, Philip Morris International & Vodafone, across Europe.
He has been involved in real estate projects since the 1990’s advizing “family & friends” & coordinating the business planning, construction specifications, delivery & operation /sale for €1m – €30m projects in Athens riviera & the Cycladic islands.
Anna Kalantzi (Founding Partner)
Anna is an interior architect who worked in leading architecture firms in Athens for over 22 years, in the design, construction & renovation of villas, hotels, urban residences, retail chains and other, across Greece, with emphasis in Athens, the Cycladic & Dodecanese islands and various winter resorts, for Makridis Associates& Aris Zampikos-Gr405 offices.

A team of selected external service providers (Certified property surveyors – RICS or TEGOVA, Legal professionals, Accounting professionals, Civil engineers, Architects & interior designers, etc) with whom we cooperate for over 20 years, are partnering with us, in order to provide a bespoke 360° service, with LSA being the single point of contact for our customers.
