Nestos Sarafoglou (Founding Partner)
Nestos is a senior C level executive who worked in Corporate & Investment Banking, Telecoms & the building materials industries for over 25 years with the Eurobank Group, Vitex, Philip Morris International & Vodafone, across Europe.
He has been involved in real estate projects since the 1990’s advizing “family & friends” & coordinating the business planning, construction specifications, delivery & operation /sale for €1m – €6m projects in Athens riviera & the Cycladic islands.
Nestos holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, a BSc in Bus. Administration from the American College of Greece & a BSc from the University of West Attica.
He has served in the board of directors of institutional organizations (EIM-Hellenic Institute of Marketing & other) and provides pro – bono real estate services to various non – profit charity organizations in Greece. He is Greek, with origins in Anatolia and has a beloved extended family stretching from the UK and the USA to Canada and Australia.
In 2020 he turned his love for real estate & construction into a full – time profession founding LSA Luxury Properties, together with his partner, Anna.

Anna Kalantzi (Founding Partner)
Anna is an interior architect who worked in leading architecture firms in Athens for over 22 years, in the design, construction & renovation of villas, hotels, urban residences, retail chains and other, with emphasis in Athens, the Cycladic & Dodecanese islands and various winter resorts, for Makridis Associates & Aris Zambikos-Gr405 offices.
She holds a BA in Interior Architecture from Middlesex University, Akto and has attended various seminars & received training in Green building architecture & LEED certification/practices.
She is Greek and has a beloved extended family in the USA & Canada.
In 2020 she founded LSA Luxury Properties together with her partner, Nestos.
