Antiparochi system is a uniquely Greek contractual arrangement, where the owner of a plot signs a construction agreement, with a developer that in turns constructs a building i.e. a block of flats or a complex of houses and compensates the owner with a number of the newly built flats/houses/villas.
In this case the owner doesn’t have any financial or legal obligations concerning the development.
