Should you own land in Greece (with emphasis in Athens & the Cycladic islands) and you wish not to sell the land but to retain part of the apartments/villas that will be constructed there by a third party we can coordinate a land development project – "Antiparochi"

Antiparochi system is a uniquely Greek contractual arrangement, where the owner of a plot signs a construction agreement, with a developer that in turns constructs a building i.e. a block of flats or a complex of houses and compensates the owner with a number of the newly built flats/houses/villas.

In this case the owner doesn’t have any financial or legal obligations concerning the development.

At LSA we have being coordinating "Antiparochi" projects for over 30 years in Athens.

With our multifunctional team we will provide an initial market estimation of the "antiparochi value" of your property (land) and we will then develop an "investment proposal" to target specific developers of high quality & request quotations, in the specific market.

We will support you and coordinate all the steps of the process till the final delivery & registration of the flats/villas in your name & if required sale or facility management.
